Version 4

EPS 4 - Event Photography Systems Version 4 is a turnkey event photography software aimed at maximizing onsite sales and ease after sales activities. As such it uses a configurable and streamlined work flow to maximize turn around of high volume photography. Time to customer is your largest challenge at an event and will directly impact your sale through. Your best chance of a sale is right after the photo was taken while everybody is still exated. We have therefore designed a system that load and presents your images in the shortest possible time.
With version 4 we revised the whole user interface to give EPS a mordern and interesting look that will draw your potential customers to the viewing stations.

Viewing stations

Present your images to your customers in an application easy to browse for images. Images are shown in multi level categories that you setup in to accomodate your events. Older events can be choosen to be displayed as well to generate additional income from older images.
The viewing stations contains an integrated shopping cart and whish list that your customers can save and return to at a later stage.

Each viewing station connects via your network to the server which is very easy to setup and will work both hardwired and wireless.
Back Office

This module allows you to administer all sales at the site. It will show orders and control payments as well as keep track of what orders or part of orders have been collected.
Also use this module to prepare your orders for print or for burning to CD.
Multiple instances of the Back office module can be running at the same time to allow your print personell to off one pc while your sales personell works off another.
Control panel

EPS has a wide range of modules to allow you to handle your events as smooth as possible. All easily accessible from the Control panel. Here you select to create new events, add or sort the event categories, setup tax settings, launch CopyCopy to import images to the events and more.
New modules are continously being developed and added to the control panel in new versions.
